Digital Thermal Printing (DPP-01)
With no need for printing plates and cutting dies with our Digital Thermal press, quality stays high and costs low.
Highlights:
1. Cost structure: Low cost because no printing plates or cutting dies are required.
2. Products produced: Information, warning/caution, serial #, bar codes type labels. Quick turn prototypes
3. Colors: Usually 1 - 2 colors (uses prime/standard colors, no color-matching).

5. Quantities: 1 – 1000
6. Delivery: Standard 1-2 weeks (can do same day)
Equipment Features: Uses digital thermal printing combined with digital plotter cutting.
Advantages: No printing plates or cutting dies reduce setup times. Great for quick turn prototyping and short production runs.
Ink-Jet Digital Printing (DPP-02)
By combining digital printing with digital cutting we are able to provide you a low-cost quick-turn solution for small volumes of labels and overlays.
Highlights:
1. Cost structure: Low to moderate cost as no printing plates are required and the press can use both digital cutting and steel rule dies.
2. Products produced: Oversized graphics and overlays, 4-color process labels.
3. Colors: Unlimited, uses most of the PMS color spectrum.

6. Delivery: Standard 1-2 weeks. (Can do same day)
Equipment Features: Ink-jet printing technology combined with digital plotter cutting for printing and cutting of large oversized labels and graphics.
Advantages: Durable prints for both indoor and outdoor applications. Can print up to 54” in width.
HP Indigo Offset digital printing (DPP-03 & 04)
Our Indigo Offset press is perfect for helping you produce extremely high quality detailed labels in both prototype and production quantities while also allowing for reduced lead-times.
Highlights:
1. Cost Structure: Need a description here
2. Products produced: Graphic oriented lexan nameplates and overlays. Multi-color labels. 4-color process labels.
3. Colors: Unlimited # of colors in one pass.
4. Print quality: 800 dpi
5. Quantities: 1 – 1,000,000
6. Delivery: Standard 2 weeks.
Equipment Features: Digital offset printing in a 12 x 18 format with 800 dpi.
Advantages: Excellent for both process and non-process printing. Can accurately reproduce most of the PMS color spectrum. Eliminates printing plates or screens.
